Cup winners of the El Monte League!

Monte United was created on a dirty kitchen table in a house on Richwood Ave. El Monte, C.A. with the main objective to play the beautiful game in a 'Total Football' SGV approach. It took 6 years and many tears to get to this point but the boys made it happen.

Farewell, Denver...

Just touched down on L.A. territory and I wanted to give a big thanks to some special people for making everything possible on this blog while I was in Denver...

To Fern and J-Dub,

thanks for letting me stay and basically destroy your place my entire stay in Denver. Also thanks for the drinks, the drives, and the chats!

 To Brandy and Mke,

thanks for making the whole Salt interview and jam session possible. It was awesome hanging out and meeting you guys.

Say hi to Sid everyone!
Sid is 13 and thrashes the streets of Denver day in, day out.
We had a nice chat about old punk bands and skaters who we think are legends. I was way impressed with his knowledge. This kid knows his shit! Oh, and he has a 16 year old girl friend. Haaha, damn! I can't even get a girl to talk to me for 2 minutes.
